01 Consultation
A 30-minute video call to get to know you, your business, and your vision. (You're here.)
02 Booking
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer secures your date.
03 Creative Direction
I'll send a custom mood board within 48 hours, scout 2–3 Victoria locations for you to choose from, and offer wardrobe guidance.
04 Pre-Shoot Styling Call
A 30-minute call one week before to finalize outfits, locations, and the shot list.
05 Shoot Day
Hair and makeup arrive first. We start unhurried. The session feels like a conversation, not a performance.
07 Gallery Delivery
Your full, retouched gallery is delivered in 2-3 weeks through your private portal , ready for web, print, and social.
08 Beyond the Shoot
Quarterly check-ins to plan refreshes, launches, and seasonal content as your brand grows.

How do I book?
A signed agreement and a 45% non-refundable retainer holds your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your session. Payment plans are available for the Signature and Brand Story experiences.
Where will we shoot?
Anywhere in Greater Victoria , your office, a styled studio, a favorite outdoor spot, or all of the above. I'll scout 2–3 locations tailored to your brand and present them for you to choose.
Do I need to provide my own hair and makeup?
No. Professional hair and makeup is included with the Brand Story and Signature experiences, and available as an add-on for headshot sessions.
What if it rains?
Victoria weather happens. If outdoor conditions aren't right, we'll reschedule (one time ) at no charge or pivot to indoor locations we've planned together.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Final gallery delivered in 2-6 weeks depending on package. Rush delivery is available.
Can I use these for marketing, press, and ads?
Yes , all packages include a full commercial license for use across your website, social media, press, and marketing materials.
How far in advance should I book?
Most brand sessions book 3–6 weeks out. If you have a launch or deadline, let me know and we'll work the timeline backward together.
